They never help the TV does not work, just one bed for 2 kids 2 adults.

Had to leave courtyard for smokers; no shuttle service available; no continental breakfast.

Nice hotel in good location to theme parks. Clean and secure. Was disappointed in the lack of shuttle service and continental breakfast.

Close to Knotts Berry Farm and 91 Freeway.

Noisy Heating/Air System - TV went out for at least 12 hours.

Overall, the room was good, except for 2 items: 1- The TV went out on the 3rd night from at least 8pm until 8am the next morning. 2- Whenever the heating/air system went on, it made a sound like someone popping bubble wrap or a campfire burning twigs. The noise woke me up a few times. ...read more
